Sean Ellcombe is a Glasgow born and based artist. He specialises in a painting practice, and installation developments around the history and physiologies of the painted surface. He received his BA (Hons) in Painting and Printmaking, from The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) in 2019 and has recently been accepted onto the MLitt Drawing Masters course at GSA. He was the recipient of The RGI Graduate Award, along with Thyme James, in 2019.
